What started as a home coffee roasting project, has evolved into a quest to share our discoveries with the world. The quest has been realized at our flagship location in the beautiful high desert mountain town of Eagle, CO. Here, Color roasts coffee on our state-of-the-art roaster from Germany. In addition to in-house roasted coffee we also serve tea from Song Tea, craft beer from artisan brewers, natural & organic wine, baked goods baked fresh in-house, and a rotating menu of seasonally crafted signature beverages.
All of our soaps are made with love, in small batches. We source the finest ingredients (including sustainable and organic tallow from Colorado Meat Company) and our entire line is palm free. We use only high-quality essential oils or phthalate free fragrance oils. Our high bubbles and luxurious lathers are achieved naturally, through the blending of quality oils, not by using harsh detergents such as Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS). Our soaps retain their natural glycerin, a natural humectant, unlike many commercial companies that remove their glycerin to be used in other products for higher profits. No mineral wax or other cheap fillers are ever used, only botanicals, and natural ingredients known to be beneficial such as avocado, honey, cucumber, & oats.
Authenticity, lots of spice, and food made with love are part of the foundation for One Love Jerk Marinade. Growing up in Jamaica, jerk is the number one cuisine. The origins of jerk spice can be traced back to 1655, after Spanish colonists fled the island from British conquerors, leaving their African slaves behind. The slaves escaped to the mountains of Jamaica to avoid further captivity from the British, where they mixed with local natives. Jerk has been modified and adapted over centuries to include different spices and methods of preparation from other cultures that have inhabited and colonized the beautiful island of Jamaica. Coming from Jamaica to Vail Colorado, the lack of cultural food diversity is highly noticeable. Out of a necessity to provide a homemade taste of Jamaica to friends and family, Andrene (Mellody) Samuels-Peterson created One Love Jerk Marinade.

Cheese Importers is a Colorado family-owned business founded in 1976 by Lyman & Linda White. They offer natural, organic and imported cheeses, cured meats, specialty oils, spices, olives, chocolate, and other unique specialty foods. One of their offerings is from Salumeria Biellese a sausage and salumi shop on the east coast since 1925. Descendants from the Province of Biella Italy's Piedmont region they feature Old World Style Italian products. They only source local Berkshire hogs & use heirloom spice recipes. It was a perfect fit at Colorado Meat Company.

We are a family-owned and -operated business that has called Colorado home for four generations. We have been passionately crafting delicious, natural, high-quality fruit products for the last 22 years. We choose premium fruit primarily grown by Western Colorado farmers. All of our fruit is carefully selected, hand-cut, and jarred from small batches in Hotchkiss, CO.
This business has gone beyond pickles, they are proud to have built the business in a way that makes a positive impact on our environment and our community. They are proudly a zero food-waste company, every year diverting 30,000 lbs of food scraps away from the landfill and into the capable hands of a non-profit partner that composts it for their urban farming initiatives. Additionally, as part of their Charitable Partner Program, they raise about $10,000 per year for local non-profits.

We are passionate about finding the best products available to create our hand crafted sauces and spices. Our manufacturing and testing ensure superior quality and consistency reflecting our commitment. Executive Chef and Sauce Master, Michael Connolly started cooking very early on with his great grandmother and really valued the traditional recipes that he has learned over the years. He used to bite his nails as a kid and his mom put hot sauce on them to get him to quit. He used to just lick the hot sauce off. 20 years into his culinary career, Red Canyon Spice Company came about as a result of the urging of friends and customers when experiencing the taste of a variety of his sauces, spice rubs and blends, not to mention Kowboy Ketchup. It started with comments such as, “are you selling this?” and “when can I get more?”
